Empowering Teens & Adults with Mylé V., BSW

Mylé V., BSW

As a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective support for individuals aged 14 and up facing a range of mental health and personal challenges, including:

  • Anxiety

  • Sadness/depression

  • ADHD

  • Self-esteem issues

  • Body-image issues

  • Boundaries

  • Identity issues

  • Lifestyle management

  • Work stress

  • Interpersonal conflict

With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I use evidence-based approaches to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns and develop practical strategies to promote mental wellness.

With experience as a school social worker, I have supported children, teens, and adults in one-on-one and group settings as they navigate mental health concerns, personal and relational issues. Additionally, my experience working within educational settings has given me a unique insight into the challenges faced by young people and families, allowing me to provide targeted support that is both empathetic and practical.

My therapeutic style is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions and developing personalized tools to overcome obstacles. Whether you're looking to build confidence, manage daily stressors, or find healthy solutions to interpersonal conflicts, I am here to support and guide you in reaching your personal goals.

Together, we will work to strengthen your resilience, uncover your inner strengths, and move toward a more empowered and fulfilling life.
