Therapy and Psychodiagnois Assessments

Dr. Vallée, a clinical and rehabilitation psychologist, focuses on psychological assessments, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (C.B.T.), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (A.C.T.). The goal of therapy is to improve your quality of life, build on your strengths, and learn new skills to help yourself.

 

Dr. Vallée is currently accepting individuals and couples from teenagers to adults. She can provide help for you and your loved ones with the following:
