Dr. L. Vallée, Ph.D., MA, MSW, C. Psych: Registered Clinical & Rehabilitation Psychologist

Dr. Vallée has been doing therapy for 20 years throughout the Sarnia area and has seen the benefits of her therapeutic approaches for adolescents, adults, couples and seniors dealing with a broad range of psychological, interpersonal, emotional, social and behavioural problems.

Therapy to Develop Lifelong Skills for Managing Problems

Making substantive change to deeply or newly ingrained habits of thoughts, feelings and behaviours requires consistent and purposeful effort to assess and identify stagnant patterns and put new positive perspectives into daily practice.

Dr. Vallée is committed to a highly collaborative model of psychology in which patients take an active role in the therapeutic process (via homework assignments) establishing goals, values and priorities. Please call our office to discuss how we can work together in therapy to understand your issues, learn to cope, overcome your difficulties, accomplish your goals, and increase your personal, relationship and overall life satisfaction.
